Preco Radar Systems

With radar sensors, areas around the vehicle can be additionally monitored. 

If there is an object or a person in the driving path, the driver of the vehicle is warned acoustically and can intervene immediately. The sound frequency and the display inform about the distance to the object. In combination with a camera system, the situation can also be easily estimated by looking at the monitor. 

The sensors of our partner PRECO Electronics, which have been successfully used for many years in the field of construction and earthmoving machinery, trucks and forklifts, detect relevant near and far ranges on the machine. Detection ranges of three, four and a half and six meters are standard for the majority of applications, but ranges of up to ten meters are also possible. 

The radar sensors are extremely insensitive to dirt and reliably detect objects and people even in difficult environmental situations such as dust, rain or snow.
